The Corona Virus appeared some time in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. 

On the 26th December 2019 there was a Solar Eclipse in Capricorn in the tenth and eleventh houses in Wuhan, China where the virus started.  The stellium of planets included the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto , Venus and the South Node huddled around the Midheaven, ruled by Capricorn. Solar eclipses bring sudden external change.

Wuhan is the political, economic, financial, commercial, cultural and educational centre of Central China with a population of eleven million people.  It is a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways, roads and expressways passing through the city and connecting to other major cities.

Wuhan is the centre of research institutes, high tech enterprises and enterprise incubators and embraces the spirit of Capricorn with its reputable institutions and successful businesses. It is the home of multinational corporations, trading with superpower countries.   Globally, China is the second largest economy and Wuhan contributes significantly to this trade.

The cluster of Planets in Capricorn is called a Stellium and each of the planets are colluding and joining forces to play out this drama. They are uniting together and it is worth considering how each planet is playing their part.

Saturn is seen in our the reliance on the government to guide us through this disaster and in the police to enforce civil obedience.  This was played out in Wuhan when authorities welded apartment doors closed so ensure people stayed inside.  Saturn loves to make rules and make sure they are obeyed but there is a  tendency to be autocratic and overlook people in the policies and guidelines.

Jupiter is the planet of expansion and its role is to amplify and expand.  This is no more clearly demonstrated than by the exponential spread of the virus throughout the entire world.   Jupiter is also amplifying the attempts by authorities to try and contain this virus. 

Mercury is the messenger, the communicator and the connector.   It is ensuring the virus will spread from person to person through "community to community transmission ".  Social distancing was introduced to ensure people do not interact and the closure of all cafes, restaurants and bars has further cemented our social isolation.  However, Mercury is also responsible for us turning to technology to ensure we stay in contact with our friends and family. Mercury also rules travel and air travel was the first spreader of the disease and now all forms of transportation are being reduced as countries close their borders.   

The South Node represents the talents and gifts from your early life or even previous ones.  Everyone has been sharing their ideas, energy, love and even money to provide support for their loved ones.
